GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Written orders, placed via e-mail or fax, are considered as binding. Cancelations or returns can only be granted in special cases and after previous agreement. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to withdraw from sales contracts.

2.  Terms of delivery: At a net value of € 250 we offer free delivery in Austria; below € 40 we charge € 7.50 handling expenses. For deliveries within the EU we offer free delivery at a net value of € 750.

3. Invoices are made on the basis of the prices in our catalogue; in addition, we charge the statutory VAT. Potential exceptional prices require a prior agreement. We reserve the right to change our prices.

4. Conditions of payment: We offer a 3% cash discount within 8 days after the receipt of the goods or 30 days net. After exceeding these limits, we charge default interest of 0.04% per day.

5. We accept customer complaints within 8 days after the receipt of the goods.

6. The goods are delivered subject to the retention of title. In case of late payment, all pre-trial costs will be charged to the buyer.

7. The Place of jurisdiction for both parties is Vienna.
