Production & sustainability
The basis for the production in Austria is the machine capacity, which is matched to the market size, the know-how of our employees, as well as a system of pre-suppliers that has been established over decades.
The dispatch of our selected raw materials follows the production schedule of each machine. Depending on the lead time, we store the materials for a period of 12 – 16 weeks. This way we can guarantee the high ability to deliver.
The bodies of the brushes are spanned into the workpiece carrier of the machine. A program of the electronic control unit moves the block from one hole to the next, and then a drill hole is placed. Using a wire sling, the tamping tool next to it fastens a bundle of bristles in each drill hole. The machine can fasten more than 400 bundles per minute; the simultaneous handling of two brushes allows for the fastening of up to 850 bundles per minute. Depending on the number of holes, we can, for example, produce about 300 domestic brooms, 200 industrial brooms, or 600 hand brooms per hour.

Corresponding to your requirements, we can produce imprinted goods through pad printing. Customized labels are mechanically applied to the product. All recyclable material that accumulates during the production, e.g. wastepaper, wire, plastic films, chipped wood, cardboard, or synthetic material, is collected separately and recycled.

The responsibility for a sustainable handling of resources lies in our hands. In 2012 we were FSC certified and are the first Austrian manufacturer of brooms and brushes that holds this certificate. This is our contribution to responsible forest management.
